Hey, it has been some time since I last update my blog...
Life have be real interesting, with many ups and down here and there...
Manage to go for a trip this year and I'm really very happy about it! Well, Johnson is still the same old Johnson! Nothing seems to really change in the way I treat people but maybe the way I carry myself did however change a little...

Being able to show care is something I still like to do, seeing the people I care for reply me with a THANK you really makes my day... My life is still as wonderful, just that I tend to ask for alot more, and I'M PRETTY LUCKY IN getting what I ask for...

Well, I will still work hard, play hard and believe that when I smile the world smiles with me!

It has been real long since I have updated my blog!! Well, life have been getting more and more wonderful!! Let me share with you my 20th birthday, one which I will forget!

Well, today I'm hitting my 20 years of life! Have been through alot of high and low moments in life, as the low times hit me I grow but also make me feel lonely at times, as out of 10 low moment, 8 of them I over come it alone.. But nevertheless, I learn alot from them.

From a boy with just purely simply thoughts for life till now, the happy contented JOHNSON KOW!

Well, this year birthday is special cause I spend my night with MY SMILE, this someone who people has been asking me who the person is! But I'm not telling you just yet! Cause it's just between me and my smile! haha. =]
You claimed that you are not good with coming up with surprises and not a romantic person. But this year you gave me lots of unexpected surprises! It might just seem small to people but it sure meant alot in my heart! Having you with me is just so wonderful, everyday is filled with happiness and laughter! You gave me reassurance and let me know that I will never be alone in times when I need someone, you will sure come to the rescue! Haha. Well, no one and promise being together forever as life is full of unexpected pop up! But it's the every moment that we spend together that is going to be with me... Memories that I will smile and feel the love when I think back! I know, I know i'm not be very good with controlling of emotions and sometimes speaks alien languages which suck your blood but you are still there with me! Seeing you control your pissed off face does make me feel so happy! Some might think you have this very strong principle and disagree at how you tend to handle stuff etc.. But that's what attracts me totally! As you are always there looking out for me! Hee... Well.. I sure have lots to tell you, let save them for the weekends or when we meet up! Haha...
Must miss me alright! haha. =] Let both jiayou with life and look forward with all the possible meet up!

But you people never fail to bring smiles and love to my little wonderful life!!! =]

Well, I’m having this mood to express my thoughts in words! In order to really clear my mind from string and strings of thoughts! School is finally to have a pause for 2 week! Well, we all know it’s not really a break but more of giving us time to get prepared with the upcoming terror, and allow us just to take in that small amount of air! School has never been relaxed; thank god I’m not a black hole for stress… Hence, it just seems that I have that more space to breath as compared to some others!

Life is indeed filled with up and down! Well, I’m glad for studies and school it has always been up up up for me... Only in social life I tend to have more DOWN DOWN DOWN… Sian… I used to have this thought that what is being alone man! It’s just simply spending time alone. But as one grow older… Things tend to change! For now, being alone can be pretty scary! Like GOSH! Maybe I’m starting to be dependence rather than independence! It the IN that is causing the big different! Ha-ha. Well… What to do, it IN you that we will know the best!

Now I’m going to get rather selective at making friends! Somehow, getting stab up down left right before really scares me! Ha-ha. Lalala… It’s just the more stab you gotten you will tend to want prevent it!

No worries, I’m not being EMO over here, it’s just that I need to grow out of my emotions before it start growing all over my life! Meanwhile… I still think I’m able to cope! So yeah!

I will hang on there! I believe the turn in my life will be coming anytime sooner! Ha-ha. =]

It's already week 5 in school! Gosh! Time flies... I'm getting pretty well school, biology dun suck my blood as much as compared as the past! Haha. =)

Well, my life have been moving smoothly to the bright side! Been real happy! Found myself a wonderful God-Brother! Haha. Sometime in life we just need to meet the right person! haha. Been execising real often! Wanna maintain my size and improve my build man! haha. Swimming! Swimming! I love swimming!

I was pretty shock that sometime people might seems close together, but it's never like what we see man! Poly life can be pretty interested and if you meet the right group in life, tresure them man! Hahaha...

I'm already in NYP for 4weeks!

School never seem to be as relax as I thought it would be, projects after projects, new terms after new terms that our beloved DR DENNIS kept introducing, report after report that we need to keep writing! it's tiring! hahaha... Well, despite so, I'm still enjoying myself! Poly life indeed made me a more mature person! In terms of thinking, actions and stuff.... Life is indeed full of up and downs, what really matters to me is the happiness, the smile, the joy I get to enjoy and go through daily! Like rocks in JOHNSON!!!

As seen above, she my STEP MOTHER! She taught me so much, enhance my critical thinking skills and my care toward patient!

I just want to shout out loud to the world that!

My sure is interesting!
Went for my vocational assessment for N.S. at Sembawang Naval Camp!
Gosh!
Was real worried at start!
But was thrilled at the end!

Well, did a couple of physical test!
Followed by Medical screening test!
Dumb medic prick me 3 times to get my blood!
I swear it just get more painful each time he tries!
He was telling me, Oh, you have no vein!
Then all the medic in the came and try locate!
2 tried pricking!

Followed by Hyperbaric Chamber!
To test if I could with stand the pressure!
Gosh!
I went through it smoothly!!!

The instructor smile at the end of the day!
Telling this to us!

Hey!

Went back to P.H.S this morning to conduct first aid course for Girls Brigade Secondary 3 Cadets!
I really had lots of fun with them!
Well, guess I just simply love teaching and sharing skills that I know!

It does also bring back lots of memories!
Seeing many unfamiliar faces in other U.G. does give me this weird feeling!
Like, I used to be part of the big family!
I used to know them!
I used to have my people to train and wish for nothing but the best for them!
But now...

Well well...
I took away to put down what I used to held up high!
The joy of teaching my P.H.S junior really means more then anything!

I'm leading a life I will not have any regards now!

Yesterday has indeed been a real fruitful day!

Had my wonderful sleep from 0800 to 1330hrs!
The feeling is just simply great when you get to just lie down and sleep on the bed!

Well...
Met up with sockie and yuan at 1600hrs for a swim at YCK swimming complex!
Spend the best time with them!!
They make the swimming such a fruitful one!

After the swim they head to my house for dinner!
All thanks to my mummy for the best ever dinner!!! hahaha

Dinner ended at about 2000hrs!
Woohoo...
Time to get prepared for my night duty!
haha

So showered and my very lovely daddy fetch me down to TTSH!
Gotten bubble tea and also brought Fish curry from home for my supper!!!

Night duty was great today!
Done all my bedside care early and only left with some final turning and i' all done for the night!

Today!

I'm suppose to stay at home and focus for my exam next week...

Yesterday was a great day! Went dental check up by HUI SHAN in the morning at HPB!

Lots of thoughts came to my mind! Like, WOW!! She doing a real professional job on checking, scaling and polishing my teeth! Woohoo! Impress!

We did grow up and now having individual expertise...

Today I then realise what is true friendship all about....

Well, started off ITE with knowing DAMIEN LEE.

Had so many hip-cups in this friendship over the semester....

Well, had this big quarrel with DAMIEN on FRIDAY!

Was really very angry over his pranks over and over again!

But he reaction after knowing I wa angry was indeed shocking...

I did not expect him to be so guilty over it!

So yeah..

We are back to our buddy friendship and "poof" goes the unhappiness...

Well, after all...

I still fall back to him when I need someone in school..

He might not be the one friend, with those personality I want!

But he is just the DAMIEN that is always so "real" so "natural"!!!

This 2 week of school have been real happening!

Johnson kow is having a part time now!
His working at Plaza Sing. Yamaha, as a bookshop cashier!
His happy and love this part time job!

However, he hate going to school...
People are getting to be so fake!

He went to Marina Barrage last SATURDAY with Sockie, Minli, Wanxian and Hanwen!
They had picnic and he just simply love it! Woohoo!!

My G.P. diagnose me with mild Tonsillitis more on to the right!

Given this Antibiotic call MOXICLAV, 625MG, to be taken tds!

This antibiotic consists of Amoxicillin BP 500mg with Clavulanic acid 125mg.

As told by DOCTOR, if tml I'm having a BAD SORE THROAT do go back to her for an antibiotic

jab! She told me, worst come to worst, I might need to go hospital for a week of I/V antibiotic!

DAMN!!! DAMN!!!

Along with that, I'm having Rhinorrhea with pyrexia!

DAMN!!!

Well...

Anyway I'm just glad I did studied my nursing well..

It have indeed been a tiring week for me!

4 days of replacement at IMH! Woohoo... Love this posting alot! Love the people! Love the stuff! Love the fun I get!

Got this mild flu attack on Thursday all the way till Friday! Damn terrible! OMG! Faint!

HOWEVER!

My weekends has indeed been a real fruitful one!

Morning!

Went for community out reach programme, love and care for some elderly!!!

My school was hosting this celebration for the elderly! So my job was to ensure they are safe, they gotten their share of food and most importantly, go back with their own group!

Early Evening!

Went to F1 with MINLI on Saturday! She treat me for F1! Such a nice friend! Was really surprise and so very touch that she treat me for F1! Took pictures with her camera but not with me yet.. Will load soon... Anw, F1 was indeed a good experience! haha. My very first time seeing and attending F1. Last yr I was at Cambodia doing YEP! hahahaha....

I'm GLAD to have such a GREAT SATURDAY!!!! :)

My Sunday was even better!

Went JOHOR with YIYUAN, MINLI, SOCKIE, WAN XIAN, VENSSEA, HANWEN!!!

Woohoo.... Watch 2 movie! 1 Horror, some Hong Kong documentary. 1 Action, Tsunami.

Both are great show! haha.

It's holiday!!!

My holiday has finally come! Been real drain out by school! So it's now time to really rest and enjoy myself! HOWEVER, I'm having 1 week or rather 4 days of replacement to be done! Assignment, terminology and projects are becoming madness!

Guess I will be using this holiday to clear thing up!

So it will be a smooth school term for me! :)

Another week has finally pass...
It's been a real tiring and boring week...

Current having my attachment at St Andrew Community Hospital, well it's a step down care hospital and recieve chroic kind of patient, the routine there are pretty routine... Not much of a energy draining kind of nursing... Most of the time you are able to just sit beside and talk to a patient. Well... There are also times where you could just not do anything cause patient went for rehabilitation and stuff... Not much of a critical care!
But it's still interesting there, as I could really know my patient and be like an angel in my 2 weeks there! :)

After going for a few attachment at different setting, I still after all prefer acute care! Like being attach at TTSH! Think i'm rather sure where I will be progessing in life! :)

Time flies...
I'm like in year 2 in nursing!!!

Was watching this little video that I produce with my friend Oh Jing Cai for Teacher day when i'm in Anderson Primary, Primary 6! It's not like a WOW! WOW! WOW! kind of video but it's something where memories are kept and store for my review as I grow up! Could clearly remember all the singing along, cheering, shouting out of teachers names and lots of sweet laughter! It's just simply great! Love every moment of those times...
Well, I wont denine that out outspoken personality is actually develop by PA in both Primary school and Secondary school.
Hmmm.. I really do miss my Primary times..
Me being Fat, Chubby, A typical Cry Baby, as normal suck at sports and just simply love my CCA, PA. Was even given the best PA pupil award in Primary School...

As times goes, as situation change, JOHNSON change...
No longer as FAT, Chubby, NO more a typical cry baby, getting better in certain sports and still ROCK himself in CCA both St John and PA!!!
Well... St John taught me how to be tougher! Both mentally and physically!
All the roaring to the face since Secondary 1!!! Make me just that little more thick skin and there is this very important person that did alot in my St John day to wake my idea up!
Corps SO G(VI) Tan Sze Ling!!! She is like a mother in our St John days... Thank you Mdm! Really missing all the saluting! :)

Wow!
Yesterday was just simply sweet to mark the end of my holiday!

In the afternoon...
Met Gerald at Bishan for lunch and a movie, Confessions of a SHOPAHOLIC!'s
The show was just pure simply GREAT!
Just really enjoyed it so much!
Gerald was also a nice person to watch this movie with!
With all the crap we had we just enjoy the MOVIE so very much!!
Woolala!!!

Early Evening...
Guess what I met up with Sockie, Venassa, Minli, Wan xian and Yi Yuan!
Like some long lost gathering! I just enjoyed my every moment with them!
We had BBQ dinner at Yuan's house, had yummy yummy food and before everything started we like normal wait for him to be home! Haha.
Lucky his family know us so we start catching up before he come! =]

Best Part!!!
After dinner, we start talking about the past, present and the future! =]
Like some real interesting and mature talk!
After this very long catch up, all the gals left for home!
All busy with part time job today!
So there's only me and YUAN.
We really chatted so much, chatted about everything and anything...
It's really very very very long since we spend such time talking to each other! Just got the feeling we are back to secondary school, but with more dreams with more needs for the future! It just seems to be get so much clearer as we chat!
As we talk and talk to about 0300 plus in the morning!

Yuan said he felt like singing song, WOW that's really very long since I hear LIFE from him.
This hour or so... It's just pure he singing and me enjoying. This feeling of having someone so close to me since Secondary 1 to sing for me again! It just pure enjoying! How glad, with his wide social circle I'm still at the top few! The song sang just pull back every moment in the past! He has indeed grow up alot! I believe I have to! So it's just a real to the heart section I had!
This feeling just let me feel the strong bond and friendship in the air! He even made a song for me in the very hour! Interesting! Loving! It's just real close friendship!
Thanks Man! Will remember those times we had man! =]

Having such friends will worth so much more better then having a group, having someone to be with me all the time! At least I know when I fall in life, I still have got them to fall back to!

Woolala!

Spend my wonderful Saturday real wonderfully with Gerald and Valere!

We went prawning, the one that is located at Sin ming road!

This is how it started off...

Met Gerald at Amk Hub, round 12.

Went for lunch together!

Then head down to Sin Ming, where Valere meet us there!

This friend of my who stay near there, tell me to take 85 something from opposite Amk hub, but there is only 853, and it does not go there! hahahaha. No hard feeling arh! =]

So we decided to walk there! Haha.

As we walk, I just think the whole journey is just too long, we decided to take a cab, as I cleverly interpret from the map, it another park away!

So I suggested to take a cab! Took the cab told the uncle where we want to go, then he was telling us, it's just a turn up ahead! Say that why we waste such money! So he say I fetch you guys go for FREE!!!

OMG! Can you believe it! For FREE at this time of the economy!

So we reach, and start prawning!

I prawn the least among the rest as I share my rod with someone!

Monday
Everything turn out the way I planned!
Swimming and tanning in the morning! The SUN was indeed hot and burning! Did gotten a little tan! haha. Woolala!

I have been thinking real lots before coming up with the decision! I remember as a cadets i also hated my instructor who SJAB, but when I came to an understanding why, I just felt that i'm dumb to think that way. Why will I think that way, is due to the fact that I never use my BRAIN! Only my feelings! haha.

Attachment was like a roller-coaster today!
It started off great, I'm the only student for my side, together with 1 HCA and 1 AN!
Hmm... It was pretty interesting indeed! Got to really get the feel of being like an AN! Haha.
Hmm... Pretty physical draining indeed!
Everything seems fine...
Doing admissions one after the other, taking Para, turning, changing, translating...

But things did not end up as happy or rather as correct at I started off! =(
Hmm, 1 patient has got High Blood, then I check the IMR, his having hypertension, so I was thinking it is normal as the BP was 170/100... As compared to the previous reading, it was far lesser! Then I check with patient if he has any discomfort or so, he say he was feeling great so I did not report to RN!
Hmm, due to my smart alex mind! I got scolded by the RN, but luckily patient was perfectly well!!!
Hmm, it's not about the scolding I feel bad, but I might just cause someone life or condition to worsen!
Haix... Sometimes, I just need to wake up my idea!!! Dun have the mind set that I know everything!!!
This will never happen to me again man!!!
I'm so going to get my basic stuff right first before doing other skills or other stuff!!!

Met up with Bryan Ong and Wen Zhang yesterday at about 0000!
They ask me out for a movie!
Chatted alot with BRYAN!!! =]

Went Yishun, GV! Show ended at about 2plus? Ya. Then when Bryan house to collect his car! He drove us home! This is also the first time I took a ride in his car! Woolala!
